Write Ability, Wrong Treatment
Im multiply disabled, so I get Social Security
Disability, Medicare, Medicaid, Section 8 housing assistance, food stamps and
HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) aid. I am a tax-user. I think of New York
states Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with
Disabilities (VESID) as the agency thats supposed to turn tax-users into
taxpayers.
